Practical Studies Library Angle-Resolved XPS
An example of signal enhancement as the take-off angle (TOA) is varied resulting in shallower sampling depth. The sample is a thin layer of silver on PET and the "grazing angle" varies from 25 to 5 degrees as the signal increases.
